Made-To-Order Products
All items are custom-printed after you order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a reprint or full refund.
Eligible for Reprint or Refund
- • Damaged in transit - Item arrived torn, stained, or damaged
- • Printing defects - Faded, misprinted, or off-center design
- • Wrong item sent - Received different product than ordered
- • Manufacturing defect - Defective product quality
Not Eligible for Return
- • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- • Wrong size ordered (please check size charts before ordering)
- • Color differences due to monitor settings
- • Items worn, washed, or used
- • Damage caused by misuse or improper care
30-Day Claim Window
You have 30 days from delivery to report any issues with your order. Claims made after 30 days cannot be honored.
How to File a Claim
Email support@bolddissent.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- • Order number
- • Description of the issue
- • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours and respond with a solution.
Resolution Options
For approved claims, we'll offer:
- • Free replacement - We'll reprint and ship a new item at no charge
- • Full refund - Refund to your original payment method
You choose which option works best for you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:
- 1. Check with neighbors, building management, or family members
- 2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- 3. Contact us within 7 days - we'll work with the carrier to investigate
We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we'll do our best to help.
Wrong Address or Order Errors
You have 24 hours after placing your order to make changes or cancel. After production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
